Website privacy notice
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This notice covers the quicksloth.dev website and emails you send to us. Each product has its own policy: see the privacy policy of Quicksloth Q&A for Confluence. For our Apify Actors, see the section below.
Who is responsible
Quicksloth, the brand name of Alfredo Onori, an independent software developer based in Italy. Contact: support@quicksloth.dev.
This website
- The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers, advertising, external fonts or third-party scripts.
- The website is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering a working and secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under safeguards recognised by the GDPR such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- We do not collect any personal data through the website itself: it has no forms and no accounts.
Emails to us
- What we receive: your email address, your name if your email shows it, and whatever you write or attach.
- Why: only to answer you and to fix the problem you report. Legal basis: taking steps you asked for and our legitimate interest in supporting our products (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Who else sees it: our email is hosted by Migadu, based in Switzerland, a country the European Commission recognises as providing adequate data protection (Migadu privacy policy). We do not sell or share your messages with anyone else.
- How long: we delete support conversations no later than 24 months after the last message, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Please do not send passwords, API tokens or other secrets.
Apify Actors
Our Actors run on the Apify platform, in your own Apify account. Apify processes your account data, inputs and results under its own terms and the Apify privacy policy. As the developer, we see the usage statistics that Apify shows to Actor developers. If you write to us about an Actor, the "Emails to us" section above applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to how we use it. Write to support@quicksloth.dev. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
