Quicksloth Q&A for Confluence
Questions and answers inside your Confluence Cloud spaces. Ask, answer, vote, accept the best answer, and find it again later, including words written in the answers.
Coming soon to the Atlassian Marketplace. This page will link to the listing as soon as it is live.
What it does
- Ask a question in a space, with a title, formatted details (code blocks included) and topics.
- Answer and comment. Answers show their author and date; comments are standard Confluence comments.
- Vote questions and answers up or down.
- Accept the answer that solved the problem. It moves to the top and the question shows as "Accepted" in the lists.
- Find questions in each space and across the whole site: filter by unanswered or by topic, sort by newest, recent activity or votes, and search the words of questions and answers.
Read the documentation for how each feature works and its current limits.
Where your data lives
The app is built on Atlassian Forge and has no servers of its own. Questions, answers, comments and topics are saved as Confluence content in your site, with your Confluence permissions. A search index and the votes are kept in the app's Forge SQL database, which Atlassian hosts for your installation. The app does not send data outside Atlassian. Details are in the privacy policy.
Permissions
Everything a person does in the app runs with that person's own Confluence permissions: people only see questions in spaces they can see, and they can only ask where Confluence lets them create content. See Permissions in the documentation.
