Support: Quicksloth Q&A for Confluence
How to get help
Email support@quicksloth.dev, in English or Italian. Your message goes to the developer of the app.
Response time: we aim to send a first reply within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, Italian time, excluding Italian public holidays). This is a target, not a guarantee, and fixing a problem can take longer than the first reply.
Before you write
- Check the limits of the current version and the FAQ.
- Cannot see a question, or cannot ask in a space? The app follows Confluence permissions: ask a space or site admin to check your access to that space.
- "This app's license is inactive"? A Confluence site admin needs to subscribe to the app or renew it.
- Billing, invoices and refunds are handled by Atlassian: contact Atlassian support.
What to include
- Your Confluence site address, for example
your-company.atlassian.net. - What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The exact text of any error message.
- The date, time and time zone when it happened, so we can find the app's log lines for that moment.
- The link to the question or space page where it happened.
- Whether it happens every time, and whether other people see it too.
- Optional: a screenshot. Please hide anything confidential first.
Please do not send passwords, API tokens or other secrets, and do not paste confidential content from your Confluence site unless it is needed to explain the problem.
To look into a problem we read the app's technical log lines for your site, which Atlassian shares with us unless a site admin has turned off log access for the app. We never need access to your Confluence site or to an account on it.
Ideas and feature requests
Welcome, by email. Tell us what you are trying to do; it helps us decide what to build next.
Security issues
Email security@quicksloth.dev. Security reports are handled first.
Versions and updates
We support the current version of the app. Minor updates reach your site automatically through Atlassian Forge; an update that needs new permissions must be approved by a site admin before it applies.
